  • 🔹 Daily Cleaning (After Each Use)

    • Disconnect power before cleaning.

    • Flush the separator with warm water (50–60°C / 122–140°F) immediately after use to prevent milk residue buildup.

    • Disassemble and rinse all product-contact parts, including the inlet, outlet, pipe connections, and valve.

    • Clean components using a mild alkaline detergent suitable for food-grade stainless steel.

    • Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

    • Sanitize with food-grade sanitizer before reassembly.

    🔹 Weekly Maintenance

    • Inspect gaskets, seals, and clamps for wear or fatigue.

    • Check all fittings and valve connections for leaks or buildup.

    • Lubricate moving parts (if applicable) according to the lubrication chart in the manual.

    🔹 Monthly Inspection

    • Check for vibration or unusual noise during operation.

    • Inspect the pump and valve for flow irregularities or clogging.

    • Examine the motor (if integrated) for overheating or signs of electrical wear.
