All equipment is built to meet U.S. (PMO and 3A Sanitary), Canadian (CSA), and European (CE) standards.
What Would You Like to Produce?

Ice Cream
From batch to frozen perfection — complete ice cream processing solutions.
Producing ice cream commercially requires more than just a recipe — it demands precise control of pasteurization, homogenization, aging, and flavor mixing. At Tessa, we offer complete ice cream processing lines for small- to mid-scale producers looking to turn fresh milk into high-value frozen desserts. Our systems include ice cream processing equipment like batch pasteurizers with optional ingredient mixers, aging tanks, and filling options for cups, tubs, or bags. Whether you're a farm starting a side brand or an existing dairy looking to expand, we help you build a line that meets PMO standards and ensures consistent product quality.

Yogurt
Smooth, reliable yogurt production — designed for your scale.
Starting a yogurt processing line means understanding the importance of pasteurization, incubation, and clean filling systems. Our commercial yogurt production equipment includes batch pasteurizers with precise temperature control, fermentation tanks, and cup filling machines that allow you to produce natural yogurt, fruit-on-the-bottom variations, or drinkable formats. Ideal for small dairies and direct-to-consumer brands, Tessa's yogurt solutions help you meet regulatory standards while maintaining flexibility in batch size and packaging style. If you're wondering how to make yogurt commercially, our team can guide you through equipment selection, layout, and startup.

Bottled Milk
Bring your milk to market — complete milk bottling lines.
Getting your milk bottled and ready for sale involves pasteurization, cooling, and packaging in a fast, hygienic workflow. We offer compact yet powerful milk bottling equipment that includes batch or HTST pasteurizers, chilling systems, and fillers designed for glass, PET, or HDPE bottles. Ideal for farm dairies and micro-processors, our milk filling machines meet U.S. PMO and Canadian CSA standards while maintaining the flexibility to fill from 150ml to 1 gallon containers. Whether you're just beginning or upgrading an existing setup, Tessa helps you design a reliable, easy-to-maintain milk bottling line from reception to capping.

Cheese
From raw milk to finished curds — artisan and commercial cheese lines.
Cheese making is both art and science. Whether you're interested in producing fresh cheeses like queso blanco and mozzarella, or aged varieties like cheddar and gouda, our cheese production equipment supports every step. We offer double-O cheese vats, curd knives, drainage tables, presses, and molds — all stainless steel and built for small scale cheese making or modular growth. Designed to preserve milk quality while enabling precise temperature and agitation control, our systems help you achieve consistency and comply with industry standards. If you're looking to build your own cheese processing line, we’ll help you plan it from vat to packaging.

Butter
Turn cream into butter — efficiently, cleanly, and at your own scale.
Butter production starts with cream but requires equipment that ensures consistent churning, draining, and forming. At Tessa, we provide butter churn machines and cream handling systems that make it easy to produce high-quality butter in small batches or semi-continuous processes. Our lines are ideal for small dairies, farm creameries, and startup processors entering the commercial butter production space. Built to meet hygienic standards and optimized for smooth operation, our systems are easy to clean and scalable over time. Whether you're looking to make cultured or sweet cream butter, we’ll help you build the right butter processing line for your operation.
How to Start a Dairy Processing Line
From Raw Milk to Finished Product — Where to Begin
Setting up a dairy processing line may seem overwhelming at first, but with the right guidance, it's a manageable and rewarding journey. Whether you're a farmer looking to add value to your milk or a food entrepreneur launching a new product, it all starts with three key decisions: what product you want to make, how much milk you'll process daily, and how you plan to package and sell it.
At Tessa Dairy Machinery, we simplify the process. With decades of experience supporting clients worldwide, we help you translate your goals into a functional, efficient, and regulation-compliant processing setup. We’ll work with you step by step — from planning equipment to designing your facility layout.

📌 Key Planning Questions to Ask Yourself
1. What dairy product are you aiming to produce?
Bottled milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, ice cream, or cream — each has unique equipment and workflows.
2. What is your daily milk volume?
A line designed for 150 gallons/day will look very different from one processing 1,000 gallons/day.
3. What type of packaging will you use?
Bottles, cups, pouches, tubs — your packaging choice affects the type of fillers and cooling systems you’ll need.
4. What is your available space and infrastructure?
Layout planning requires knowing your square footage, utility access (water, power, drainage), and workflow.
5. Do you have food safety and local regulation requirements to meet?
We ensure all systems are compliant with PMO, 3A Sanitary, CE, CSA, or other local certifications.

💡 Don't Know the Answers Yet?
That's perfectly fine. Many of our clients come to us with just an idea — and together, we help them define the rest. You're not expected to have everything figured out before you begin.

What is a cream separator and how does it work?A cream separator is a machine that uses centrifugal force to separate cream from whole milk. As the milk spins, the heavier skim milk moves outward while the lighter cream collects in the center. Tessa’s cream separator performs this process efficiently and hygienically using 3A-approved stainless steel construction.
-
What is the flow capacity of Tessa’s Cream Separator? The standard model processes from 100 gallons (350 liters) of milk per hour. It’s ideal for small and mid-size dairies, creameries, and goat farms. Higher-capacity models are available on request.
-
Is your cream separator 3A Sanitary certified?Yes. Tessa’s Cream Separator is fully certified under the 3A Sanitary Standard and complies with the U.S. Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO). It also meets CSA requirements for use in Canada.
-
Can I use this machine with raw milk?Yes. Tessa’s separator is specifically designed for hygienic raw milk separation. The all-stainless steel build and smooth internal surfaces make it ideal for producers who prioritize safety, cleanliness, and milk integrity.
-
Is the separator easy to clean?Yes. The separator is designed for fast and easy manual cleaning. All parts are made of stainless steel and can be disassembled without tools. Smooth surfaces and an open-access design make daily cleaning quick and efficient — no CIP system required.
-
What kind of dairies use this machine? Our cream separator is used by farmstead creameries, goat milk producers, raw milk dairies, organic processors, and export-ready commercial dairy plants. It’s trusted by professionals who need certified performance.
