How to Use

Operating our Industrial Butter Churn is straightforward, ensuring your creamery can produce high-quality butter efficiently:

1. Preparation: Ensure the churn is clean and dry before use. Pour the cream into the churn, not exceeding the maximum capacity for your model.

2. Set Up: Close the lid securely and set the mixer to the desired speed. Our churns are equipped with variable speed settings, allowing you to customize the churn based on the cream’s fat content and desired butter consistency.

3. Churning Process: Start the churn. The entire churning process typically takes about 45 minutes, but this can vary slightly depending on the volume and initial temperature of the cream.

4. Monitoring: It's important to periodically check the status of the cream throughout the churning process. Look for signs of separation into butter solids and buttermilk. This manual checking is crucial as the churn does not automatically notify you when the butter is ready.

5. Completion: Once the butter has formed solid clumps and the surrounding liquid (buttermilk) is mostly clear, stop the churn. This indicates that the butter is ready for extraction.

6. Extraction and Finishing: Remove the butter solids from the churn. Wash the butter in cold water to remove any remaining buttermilk and improve its shelf life. Knead it gently to achieve a consistent texture and remove excess liquid.

7. Cleanup: Clean the churn thoroughly after each use to maintain hygiene and ensure the equipment's longevity.
