Stainless Steel Dairy Tanks, 50 to 5,000 Gallons
Tessa builds sanitary stainless steel tanks for farm dairies, creameries and milk plants: storage and holding tanks, jacketed cooling and heating tanks, and mixing tanks with agitators. Capacities from 50 to 5,000 gallons (190 to 19,000 liters). Every tank comes with a dimple jacket, insulated three-layer construction and an agitator as standard.
Built to 3-A sanitary standards and manufactured to PMO requirements for Grade "A" dairy plants. Designed in Los Angeles, shipped and installed worldwide.

TT Series — Sizes and Capacities
Nine standard sizes cover everything from a farmstead cheese room to a regional milk plant. Every TT tank comes as standard with a dimple jacket, insulated three-layer construction and an agitator. Anything beyond the base configuration – capacity, geometry, connections, controls – is built to order.
TT-50 – 50 gal (190 L): farmstead cheese, yogurt, small-batch cream
TT-100 – 100 gal (380 L): micro-dairy milk holding, culture tanks
TT-200 – 200 gal (750 L): raw milk holding for a 100–200 GPH line
TT-300 – 300 gal (1,150 L): pasteurized milk buffer before filling
TT-500 – 500 gal (1,900 L): cream storage, mix tank for yogurt and ice cream
TT-1000 – 1,000 gal (3,800 L): raw milk silo for small plants
TT-2000 – 2,000 gal (7,600 L): milk reception and balance tanks
TT-3000 – 3,000 gal (11,400 L): raw milk storage for HTST lines

What Is a Milk Pasteurizer Machine?
A milk pasteurizer machine is a specialized piece of dairy equipment designed to heat raw milk to a specific temperature for a set duration, in order to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving quality and flavor. Tessa’s batch pasteurizers allow dairy producers to safely pasteurize milk in controlled, consistent cycles — ideal for small-scale creameries, farms, and startup processors. These machines are compliant with food safety standards and are designed for ease of use, energy efficiency, and long-term durability.

⚙️ Key Features of Tessa Batch Pasteurizers
-
Capacities from 50 to 500 gallons
-
PMO-compliant construction (for Grade A milk production in the U.S.)
-
Dual-mode operation – supports pasteurization and fermentation in the same tank
-
Stainless steel design for durability and hygiene
-
Digital temperature control with precise settings
-
Built-in mixing agitator for even heating
-
Heating via electric elements or external hot-water boiler
-
CIP-compatible – easy cleaning with optional Clean-in-Place system
These batch-style milk pasteurizer machines are suitable for producing pasteurized milk, yogurt, cheese, and more — with consistent results every time.
Why Use a Batch Pasteurizer?
A batch pasteurizer is the most practical type of milk pasteurizer machine for small to mid-sized dairy operations. It offers the flexibility and control needed for a wide range of dairy products without the complexity of continuous processing systems.
Batch pasteurizers are ideal for:
-
Small to mid-scale production volumes
-
Flexible product lines – milk, yogurt, cheese, and more
-
Lower startup and operating costs compared to HTST systems
-
Simplified cleaning and maintenance
-
Precise temperature control for fermentation and curd setting
Unlike HTST systems, a batch-style milk pasteurizer machine is easier to install, more affordable, and perfectly suited for creameries producing farm-fresh, premium, or artisanal dairy products.
